Choose a Plan
After submitting your organisation details, you are taken to the Plan Selection step. Jonot offers three plans — choose the one that fits your business size and needs.
Available plans
Section titled “Available plans”Starter
Section titled “Starter”Designed for single-location businesses. Includes all core queue management features for one physical venue. A free trial is included — a payment card is required at checkout but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
The most popular plan. Designed for businesses that run multiple service lines or need more advanced features. Like Starter, Pro includes a free trial with the same card-required, no-charge-until-trial-ends terms.
Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”Custom pricing for large organisations with complex requirements. Enterprise skips the online checkout entirely — click Contact sales to reach the Jonot team and discuss your needs. Access is provisioned manually after the sales conversation.
Completing checkout
Section titled “Completing checkout”For Starter and Pro, clicking Select takes you to the Polar-powered checkout page. Enter your payment details. Once the payment method is saved, you are redirected to https://admin.jonot.io to complete your setup.
Your trial period starts at the moment you complete checkout. You can cancel before the trial ends without being charged — see Billing and Plans for details.
