Add Organisation Details
After creating your account you land on the Organisation Details form (Step 2 of the signup wizard). This is where you define the top-level entity that all your locations, queues, and devices will live under.
What to fill in

| URL slug | No | 3–40 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only (no leading/trailing or consecutive hyphens). Auto-generated from the organisation name if left blank. Used in customer-facing URLs — choose something short and memorable. |
| Industry | No (optional) | Select the option that best describes your business: Retail/Shops, Clinic/Healthcare, Government/Public, Restaurant/Café, Bank/Finance, or Other. |
| Estimated monthly customers | No | Helps Jonot recommend the right plan. |
Before you can continue you must accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy using the checkbox at the bottom of the form.
About slugs
Section titled “About slugs”The slug you choose (or that is generated for you) becomes part of every customer-facing URL for your organisation:
https://customer.jonot.io/{org-slug}/{location-slug}/{queue-slug}Slugs must be 3–40 characters long and contain only lowercase letters (a–z), numbers (0–9), and hyphens (-). Hyphens cannot appear at the start or end of the slug, and consecutive hyphens (--) are not allowed. Choose a slug carefully — it cannot be changed after your organisation is created.
Clicking “Continue”
Section titled “Clicking “Continue””Clicking Continue creates your organisation in Jonot and moves you to the plan selection step.
