Jonot Documentation

Welcome to the Jonot documentation. Jonot lets customers join a virtual queue by scanning a QR code or using a kiosk. Customers do not need to download an app or stand in a physical line.

Setup has two phases. First, sign up at join.jonot.io to create an account and organisation and choose a plan. Then configure your venue in Admin by adding a location, queues, and devices. These guides explain both phases.
