Welcome to the Jonot documentation. Jonot lets customers join a virtual queue via QR code or kiosk — no app download for customers, no physical line to stand in.

Getting started is a two-phase process: sign up at join.jonot.io (account + organisation + plan), then configure your venue in Admin (location → queues → devices). These guides walk you through both phases.
